T	Tong Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got birthday coupon and we intend to use it. We have a total of 14 people. The policy is really weird as we have to use it in public session. Let means “you can have your birthday there, but you have a risk of random strangers joining your party.” We booked last minute hoping nobody will join. Guess what, they managed to have another 10 people to join the party in the last few hours that we booked. To make the matter worse, they scrambled the team so we have to play with strangers. And these people are pros with better equipment and skills. So we paid to become shooting target for others. I didn’t even see any of my friend on the field, it is just pro strangers slaughtered our people both way. Game with 24 people is just really chaotic but profitable for the shop. Plus, some of the pro players are working there, thanks for slaughtering your paid customers.

V	Victor Elena D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a group of 10, but weren’t able to play together. I can understand that for balance but it turns out it’s because the staff wanted to play together. They told us we couldn’t change teams because it’s difficult and automatic but that was a lie. The staff had 30+ games under their belts and stacked one team. Didn’t make any sense. The game could have been a lot more fun if the teams were better balanced but it was a waste of money at the end of day. Sad had good potential too. Hope owners see this and address this.
J	Jason Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best to book private events or come during off hours. During prime time , there are many regulars to this place that know all the angles, and they just sit and camp. Very frustrating to be a new player and die every 5 seconds because there was a 1-inch slit between two walls and a crate where someone can see you from the other end of the map. Otherwise, the realistic guns really elevates Nu-Zone apart from other laser tag places. Layout is fun with good angles (aside from what I mentioned above) and a good balance of "indoor" and "outdoor". Staff is friendly and helpful.

Lol I saw people come in with long pants and hoodies when we were walking out and thats a big No no. Guys the cardio session that you get from this is nuts! Not sure what the beautiful girls name who helped us out was, but her customers service exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back

The only not so fun part (I know this may be unfair) is that there are people that come here religiously…. like I mean all the time, which basically means that they are very very good. I understand they have a team balancing system, but they still take away the fun sometimes. Some of these dudes have their own weapons that they bring. If you want to enjoy the full experience I suggest you gather up as many friends as you can so you can book up a whole slot to yourself. Despite all that though, it’s extremely enjoyable and I will be coming back.

It is my first laser tag experience and It is such an amazing adventurous experience with so much fun (depending on the group tho). The guns are real and they use same equipment for FBI training which is cool and gives you the actual experience of shooting. It’s very similar to Call of Duty in terms of round of games (death match, domination ..etc). I admire the spacious area and the design of the map, also I like the music & lights during the game that gives energetic/ excitement vibe. I took two stars for two reasons. First, some players were blind shooting which is against the rules but it seems nothing happened to those players even after notifying the staff (it doesn’t happen all the time, it only happened on my last visit). Second, my partner and I purchased the scope attachment for $5 each. I got the red dot scope, whereas my partner got the graphic scope. I asked to get the same scope as my parent just because of its small size that is more suitable for me and my eyesight but they refused to change it because “it’s just the same” which was a little bit disappointed and unsatisfactory especially that I paid for it. Unfortunately, those two downsides happened on my last visit which really took away the fun and joy part of the whole game. But based on my first two experiences it was an overall good experience.

If you play any sort of laser tag or shooting games, they give you different modes like domination, team deathmatch, whack-a-mole. Whack-a-mole. The staff did a good job of explaining the rules and the game modes. The only thing that I didn't like was that vest and headband had a sweaty smell to them. This is inevitable since everyone works up a sweat when they're running around. I don't know if there's a way they can clean the gear or wash it after every use, but that was the only downside. I'd recommend you bring a change of clothes if you go. You don't want to smell like the gear when you leave.
