โ โ โ โ โ Went here originally for an oil change service, which was fine, but then the owner tried to goose us with 750 dollars in totally unnecessary work.
He claimed the one of the struts was "leaking", and that he recommended replacement.
I was immediately skeptical of the claim given the fact that:
A) It handles fine (doesn't nose dive, no vibrations, no body-sway, etc.)
B) The tires are not cupped
C) No obvious leaking
We went to another mechanic for unrelated work and asked them to inspect the vehicle as a curiosity.
During that inspection, the mechanic found there was just some oily dust on the top of the strut, and some very minimal signs of a leak a single strut (we didn't prompt them to inspect the struts).
After some testing (incl. a road test) they found no justification for early replacement, and simply marked the struts as "Observe on next visit" as a precaution.
Simply "recommending" replacement of parts is lazy, shows a lack of attention-to-detail, and a lack of awareness about the components they are inspecting.
In fairness, the oil change was done fine and promptly - but the fishing expedition for work wasn't needed. Had he simply been more forthcoming, I likely would have returned to have him do a replacement at a later date when it was ACTUALLY NEEDED.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. The people (or person, I've only seen one mechanic every time I went there) turned me away to OK Tire the day of my agreed appointment... I was confused, as I had called in the week prior for an oil change and a winter tire switching, and the person agreed to see me on a Tuesday for 1pm. Instead, when I got sent to OK Tire, I got an appointment with them...for 4pm that day. That messed up my personal schedule. I can understand that some businesses are backed up with clients, but if you won't have the time to help out a customer, then please tell them in advance...being sent to another mechanic THE DAY OF the agreed appointment is just bad service. I have lost my trust in this particular mechanic. I won't be going there ever again.

โ โ โ โ โ Needed multiple repairs to get my older car fixed up to be driving again after being parked a while. I was able to discuss a day not very far in the future, & have the turn around with all the fixes in just a few days. Didn't cost as much as I was expecting using contrasted quotes & research. He even took the time to show me the parts that had caused the issues & why since im a young girl, so I had a good understanding of the cost breakdown. Showed me cost of each thing so I could tell I wasn't being charged for nothing. In my experience I had a successful time getting over 5 repairs at once at an affordable cost & quick & friendly service. It isn't a fancy franchise type place but you can tell its homey & they care (:
