โ โ โ โ โ The store is always unstocked, never have much of an anything or supplies, refuses to give change or sell single bus tickets,if you need change for laundry they don't carry any Nd if they do will charge u extra for change. If this store wasn't the only one close to me I'd never go there.ive seen in my more stocked and taken care of winks in forest lawn

โ โ โ โ โ From my personal experience the store is over staffed and understocked. Also buying a location that was a seven 11 right before them made me think, "oh cool they want to get in on the morning coffee rush for ppl heading to work. I WAS SADLY MISTAKEN. I live just up the road and they absolutely never have coffee ready for the customer by opening time. I am always infact asked to wait for 5-10 minutes that most ppl don't have in the mornings. It's an unorganized gong show over there and you really can't expect any consistency from there at least so far. I hope they make a change soon. I ALSO MUST MENTION: atittude yes sometime a few of the workers there are smiling and treating everyone friendly but from what I have seen myself being a young adult living on my own I've notice a very big difference in the levels of kindness shown to individuals from particular lifestyles punk, rock, hippy culture, anythig alternative to looking like a family person or homebody they either act very stand offish and judgy or like they have absolutely nothing good to say so they're choosing to say nothing at all i Suppose you could consider that professional if there bear minimum is what you strive for. It's family convenience store for families just judging from what I've seen living next to them since the location was a 7\11.also what they call "humor" can be pretty offensive at times and I don't think they mean to but they gotta rein it in.

โ โ โ โ โ We are happy a store opened in the neighborhood. It was a very nice and pleasant experience with the folks there. They were attentive and happy to serve us while giving finishing touches. We were told they are not 100% ready, however, really liked their spirits and willingness to help. Mini donuts are a hit and we have bought so many already and every time we buy, they taste excellent and fresh (absolutely no complaints there for quality or the price). We would love to support a local family than a multinational company based out of Texas. Looking forward to visiting them again and again and again. Thank you for what you do.

โ โ โ โ โ They are over priced and never properly stalked..I have witnessed them charge 5 dollars to one person for a loaf of bread and less another...I believe they are rude and if only realized that up the block we pay for our laundry so having change helps us/ I've personally seen over frostbite ice cream and have had one more than one occasion had interactions when asking for things to be double bagged// these guys look at a person walking in with judgement and it's rude

โ โ โ โ โ Arrogant and ignorance are the words to describe Management and staff at this store. I have been in a few times and each time I was met with incompetence by the staff and excuses from management. The latest incidence involved an employee berating me over the price of two cans of energy drink that was clearly marked for sale at 2 for 5 and the employee told me he would not sell it to me at that price bc it wasn't in the system. I will inform the manufacture and wholesaler that this store won't sell there product at there indicated price. I live in the area but will not patronize this business any further. I will encourage everyone I know to avoid this business. I have lived in Calgary 50 years and have not encountered a business with such disregard for people. I think this is why 7-11 went out of business here as it seems they sold out to the same type of management and staff. You cant run a business arguing with customers. Boycott this business as it does not reflect any values I believe we hold in this community for respect and goodwill towards others.
