★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went in and got slurpees. When I got to the counter the teller named Nisha was extremely rude and ignorant and shouldn't work with the public. I was sharing a drink with my 7yr old and she wanted to charge us for a empty cup. I have been to so many 711 and never been asked to pay for an empty cup. She clearly hates her job cause she is a miserable person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Managers are terrible!!!!! Always out of stock of one thing or another. Today they ran out of slurpee cups!!! SLURPEE CUPS I TELL YOU !!!!!! understocked. Even when you ask if they can keep something stocked because you buy it all the time... they don't. Get rid of these Managers!!!!!!! UPDATE.... Havent gone to this store since last review......now June 2018... I went in for a coffee... 2 staff on.. no other customers...Every one of the 6 coffee pot carafes were blinking to be changed!!!!! When i complained the girl was nice but the packistani or Indian man was rude!!!! Train your staff!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls at the till at 1020 pm Monday February 22 basically shrugged me off when I asked a question and the one wouldn’t come close enough to till for me to hear her cause she didn’t want to put on a mask to come up to the till and then the second I paid they wondered off to the side to gossip again honestly think management should be reviewing there security footage to see what these girls really do all night at work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had some good experience and some bad. Most of the time the staff are friendly and helpful, but a small portion of the time they just give off the aura of not caring. Generally a fine place to shop, but don't think you will get the ultimate experience in 7/11

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a life long customer of the 711 franchise, I frequent locations from one end of the city to the other. 711’s brand has grown a familiar & welcoming convenience, part of every community. Dependable reputation of always being open 24/7, friendly helpful staff, good selection & fair pricing, uniform throughout most locations.** To my disappointing surprise - this location consistently stands out for being the complete opposite. Iam appalled by the customer service & staff at this particular location. The only consistency is the unfriendly, rude,disengaged & completely uninterested attitudes uniform to both the day & night shift employees. I experienced & witnessed some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. From no welcome ‘hello’ when customers walk in the door, no returned words of appreciation like thank you or have a nice day, to huffing & puffing staff sighing & annoyed rolling their eyes when a customer pays with change!! I even witnessed a young man come in & making payment at the till the employee rude from the start accused this customer of stealing something!! I’ll pass this location and go the extra few blocks to avoid buying from here & go to any other 711 they appreciate their customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time I visited this location on feb 26 at 8pm. The same staff that I encountered the first time, she has a fake blonde hair at the end of her hair. This girl who's in the cashier is extremely rude and she doesn't know how approach a customer. I went to cashier to pay but she never said a single word. She looks at me and rolled her eyes. She gave my receipt like she was MAD. She has an attitude, She's rude and definitely not fit to her job. Went in some other 7eleven stores but we never experienced that kind of service. 7eleven advertise with a friendly customer service but this location seems not like that. Learn to give respect so will be respected too.
