The service lady wasn't able to tell me what includes on a 66 thousand km service. (That was a very simple question). Even when I told her that I have done all the service on time with everything included with each service. Get some more training lady. Thank you for your reply, owner, but even you, cannot answer my simple question. And she did not refer me to anyone. If nobody has the skill or ability to answer a simple question, why bother reaching out to me? Do get some more training, including customer service. Have a great day.

Sam was very nice, price quoted when making the appointment was accurate, price was $309 for service 3, issue is I was charged an additional $29 in shop charges. This should have been disclosed up front at the time of making the appointment as this not a few dollars. 12% in shop charges seems excessive. Do appreciate the call back from Kia, I guess lesson learned on my part.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Forced me to pay for something covered under warranty. Car was in shop for 4 weeks and only provided a rental for 1 week. Dealership is not transparent. I had to call to ask if repair on my vehicle was complete as was asked to return rental vehicle in short notice because nobody was going to call me. When i questioned Rob about it he told me β€œjust finished as i said minutes ago.” Very rude. Salesman Has the guts to call me and try to sell me a vehicle while i had my vehicle in your shop for repair and stranded for weeks coupled with already terrible service I’m receiving. I will never recommend Lag auto or any of its affiliate dealership to my friends or family. I requested for the warranty documentation that i signed because i received a totally different copy. Complete lack of transparency and dealership is refusing to give me a copy of warranty documents. Shift lock release cover on my vehicle is missing after your repair. Asked about it and nobody seems to even care. Would not answer any of my calls. I would like to have it replaced. Paid $516 for what is covered under warranty as another dealership told me i didn’t have to pay a dime as it should all be covered under warranty engine replacement. I guess thats why they are refusing to provide me with warranty documentation. Terrible sales and service.

We purchased a Kia Seltos at Northland Kia with the help of Matt and Laurie in finance. They are both knowledgeable, down to earth, and accommodating. As this purchase was a surprise for the new owner, Matt went out of his way to make this car purchase special by including some fun Kia swag, filled the car full or balloons, and a big red bow placed on the front for when we picked it up. We couldn’t be happier with the service, and the SUV is awesome as well!

I came in to Northland Kia to look at an F150 I found online. James was very welcoming and helped us quickly to set up the test drive. He is new to the dealership and wasn't too familiar with the truck. That was ok since we had done our home work. We loved the truck and planned on coming back that evening with our kids. It was clear James did his homework that day because when we showed up, we could tell he had done a ton of research. Showed us features that we didn't know the truck had. Very impressed that he took the time to learn about a truck that was basically sold that morning. He was equally helpful as we went through the paperwork and dealt with financing. Answered all of our questions during and after the appointments. We love our new to us truck and look forward to dealing with him in the future. If you are going to Northland Kia, definitely ask for James!!

Daren and Courtney are amazing! They got me into a 2019 Chevrolet Spark while I couldn't get approved elsewhere (even house of cars) for a car to help rebuild my credit, after 45 mins at Northland I was approved with a way lower interest rate than had been quoted to me by the formers and the next day I went home with my new car washed and full of gas! This place goes above and beyond and actually cares about you and helping you and your satisfaction with your vehicle (I was looking for fuel efficiency, reliability, manual transmission and good price, got all this) if I could give a million thumbs up I would, best car buying experience I've ever had! Thank you again!

I purchased a vehicle from Northland Kia. I dealt with Laurie the Director of Finance. She helped me pick out the right vehicle for myself/ company. She also finished the financing as well. She is very knowledgeable about vehicles and the bank aspect. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. She treated me as a friend and not just a sale. Thank you to everyone at Northland Kia. You're an amazing team.

My car purchasing experience was great. However, I've been there twice for servicing and I feel there's room for improvement in that department. The Pros: Customer service is excellent and they do a good job with vehicle maintenance and service. The Cons: Their prices are a little on the high side. Secondly, making an appointment doesn't mean your car gets serviced at the scheduled time. On my first visit, it I spent almost 5 hours waiting for an oil change and basic maintenance service. I was told it was due to fewer available mechanics on Saturdays. So for my secind visit, I went in on a Monday. I arrived at 10.20am for a 10.30am appointment. They finsihed at 1.25pm. It appears to me it's on a first come, first served basis. Nevertheless, the agents do tell you when you arrive that it'll take 2-3 hours. I just think this is an area that management needs to improve to better serve customers. That said, if you drop off your vehicle and pick up later, then this shouldn't be a problem for you. I've been to places where making an appointment means your vehicle gets serviced within a few minutes of the scheduled time once you arrive on time.
