Lucas is very personable, has high attention to detail, finds cost effective solutions, provides alternatives options considering how difficult that has been during this pandemic. He double checks with us prior to anything being sent through, and is always honest.
Michael is very flexible, easy going, and has demonstrated a great level of professionalism. He is very thorough when measuring interior orders for our projects; by always following up and double checking if any changes have occurred.
Overall, the combination of the quality material provided and customer service/sales from both Lucas and Michael, we could not be happier doing business with this company.

Because of the lack of communication, it has caused me time and money to have to come back to get the correct products since I was given incorrect items the first time. This costed me another 2 hours on the road to go back and forth to have the products returned and corrected and to get back to my work site. I wouldn't recommend there services. If you get your products from here, make sure to be very specific and clear to avoid any misunderstandings that can cause you a headache later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had seen their delivery vehicles around quite a lot over the years, but never had any dealings with them until today. I needed either quarter round or shoe mold as an extra transition from baseboard to new flooring. A few days ago, I seen one of their vehicles and stopped to converse with him. He mentioned that delivery was free, their goods were top quality and also available to regular people, not just contractors. So today, I took a rip down to London and was super well surprised at their stock all on display. So after shopping profiles, I purchased what I needed. I paid for all and brought 3 eight foot lengths home in the car, but the rest was just too long, being 16 feet, 14 feet, and 13 feet, which will be delivered on Tuesday next, free delivery. Truly "GREAT" Service, and Product. My visit today was the first but will surely not be the last.
