★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our whole house done with custom made closets the price was very reasonable and they look great, we had Ronnie as an installer and he was very helpful and his workmanship beyond five stars, very professional and friendly very happy with his job make sure u get him noone else!!!

We found the Riverside staff (David Hamilton) to be extremely helpful (and patient) in assisting us with our choices. The quality of material is top of the line and to our pleasant surprise, very competitively priced. Follow-up was great!!! Thanks David!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some bumps on the road but Margaret was able to rectify everything my closets look amazing I am so glad I picked them but make sure you get Ronnie as an installer since he does an amazing job, he is very professional, helpful very careful when he is installing, he cleaned up he is totally awesome!!!!

He always puts in the effort to get things done for me .Always truthful regarding timing and pricing, it is always a pleasure to deal with David and Riverside Millwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good looking doors, but the Warranty is useless. I have 15 doors and everyone of them had a problem. They tried to fix them but 7 had to be replaced. The doors expanded and broke apart. Riverside's response was that humidity over 70% nullifies the warranty. The humidity in Southwestern Ontario gets up to 97% outside and over 70% inside in the summer time. I believe they have a manufacturers defect in their process, They did sell me replacement doors with a deep discount but now I have to stain and finish the doors and then hire someone to hang them. I don't recommend their products.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. After 2 months of trying to resolve the problem, the replacement doors arrived, they are bowed and a smaller size some some reason, Now they don't answer emails and telephone calls. Now I have paid twice as much and I still have a problem. I would never recommend this company. they don't stand behind their products.
