★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this hidden gem of a place while looking for some classic films on a long list I recently created for collecting and watching. I spent the day visiting other similar shops prior to stopping here last - None of the other shops had what I was searching for or they were just way too expensive. In the first 10 minutes of being here I found 4 films that were on my list and the prices were extremely fair! I will 100% be coming back here and spreading the word to friends. The shop itself has such a great atmosphere and just feels so cozy! The gentleman working was extremely friendly and helpful - in fact it was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I've ever had in London! This has officially become my new favourite spot! Highlyyyy recommend! 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new LP that had a factory defect (and other records). I went back to the store and asked to trade it in for a similar product 2 visible scratches that produced an audible click the whole side and it skipped during the outro. After their careful inspection (randomly playing the record in the middle), the diagnosis was: "It doesn't skip". They then cleaned the LP, blamed the gear used to play the record and flat out refused to accept the product back. I was then told to contact the Label. They might trade in the defective product. No fault of theirs on the product but its not worth the hassle of trying to return new items. Buyer beware. Shop elsewhere. Edit: (Returned within 30 days of purchase) but is not expressly stated on their website regarding returns. Overall it is up to the store regarding returns. As for your reply, nice one fellas. This is business, not personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is located near the Craft brewery section of London. Store contains Within it cassettes,DVDs.vinyl.CDs.and VHS. One of the best features of this place is that you can find movies or music that you can't find anywhere else and it's very select in high-end quality filmon Music. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably my favourite record store to visit in the city, always have a great time looking through their selection even if I dont find anything. Had great experiences with the staff and they have a pretty sweet used cassette stock as well, found a couple nice metal gems there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You never know (and am often surprised) by what gems this store has in stock, regardless of tastes. Great local source for cinephiles also. An old chunk of coal like me can keep up on what new sounds all the cool kids are in to these days...even on cassette as they keep in stock all the latest releases on release day. Tip.. check out their infamous record cleaning solution and exclusive T-shirts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store seemed clean and organized, however the one gentleman was very rude and waited until cashing out to demand I wear a mask and when I went to he made more rude comments. I struggle with breathing while wearing masks and will wear it if asked politely if someone feels at risk. I'm fully vaxed and my husband was wearing his mask. We took our money and spent almost $200 on records at speed city records instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have said, Odyssey truly is a hidden gem of a record store. But more than just records, this place is easily the best local source for horror and cult movies as well. So it's like two great stores in one. Add in the friendly and knowledgeable staff running it (Justin and Hank) and this place easily earns my 5-star recommendation. Oh, did I mention Odyssey's vinyl grading system? If you see a record tagged Poor (and priced accordingly), don't let that fool you... it's probably a VG or a VG+ by most other stores' standards. Do yourself a big favor and check this place out- you'll be a customer for life.
