★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist needs sensitivity training. New protocol for appts is a nurse looks at the issue in person, takes a picture then sends it to the doctor. The receptionist couldn't understand that I didn't want my private parts photographed and rudely suggested I go to the hospital instead if I didn't want pictures taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son had a cough, went in for antibiotics. Showed the clinic TWO negative Covid test for my son, and still refused him because “he doesn’t pass THEIR test”. Thanks for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist isn’t wearing a mask, zero COVID-19 safety protocols in place. My mind is blown. This is a walk in clinic. No questions asked if I have any symptoms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was excellent. Nurse, Elaine, was efficient, personable, and extremely helpful. The doctor was quick to respond and was succinct and caring. He ordered an ultra sound and blood work and has committed to regular follow up for blood requisitions every 3 months and an ongoing annual ultrasound. This is extremely helpful as my community has not had a family physician for almost 3 years and no doctors in our surrounding area are taking new patients. Having this service is a relief to myself and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!! I went in with concerns with my throat that I have been having for a few years. My family doctor advised me if I was to have one of my flair ups to go to a walk in clinic as it would be faster to get it looked at and they would be able to determine why it was happening before it would go away. (Been have the issue for 5 years and I get flair ups that tend to last 2 weeks about every 1.5/2 months)
I walked in and told the receptionist this and she talk to me so rudely completely invalidating my concerns, she wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say and was trying to say it was just a cold or allergies when I know neither is the case.
When I told her I had no cold symptoms or congestion she looked at me and acted like I was lying. It took a lot of courage to go to the walk in clinic and this experience really upset me.
I walked out the clinic in tears… I really don’t recommend! Worst experience I’ve had from a medical facility :(
