I asked the older woman employee a question and she scowled at me and then gave me a very impatient, rude response. Then, she glanced at all of the people in the check out line and started making angry sounds. If it is ten or fifteen minutes until closing, they rush all of the customers out of the store. I don’t like it. They urgently need to work on their customer service and improving the shopping experience for their customers. They didn’t have the product that I usually buy from here. Their hours are terrible so at the very least, let customers shop until 6 PM! Typical government business and typical North Bay business (closes early).

I am a Senior Citizen and today I was bullied and intimidated at this location because I can't wear a mask. I was allowed in maskless and able to shop but when I got to the checkout was told I had to wear a mask to leave the store. Even after paying for my purchases they pulled my bag away from me and I had to ask if they were going to give me my purchases since I paid for them. Two employees tried to bully me into wearing a mask. I finally had to reach around the plexiglass to retrieve my purchase and walked out. Is this considered Elder Abuse? I am almost 75 years old.

It's not the largest LCBO store in The Bay (the Algonquin location takes pride of place in that regard) but it's close to home. An overcast Tuesday morning found me outside waiting for the 10 am opening. I needed a bottle of Uprising (a bold Australian red wine) for a birthday gift and had no trouble finding one as the shelves are clearly marked by national offering. The place had been freshly mopped and attendants are always on hand. There's a beer cooler with a wide variety of brands and varieties, spirits well displayed, cider, coolers, liqueurs and, of course, wine. Take your time if you have some to spare and browse. Be considerate and kind always.

Parking is small and hard to find a spot but store itself is nice and clean. Small but have different varieties of booze than other LCBO around the town.

I swung by for a bottle of wine on Valentines Day. There was a limited selection of wines and a very small vintage section. For comparison, the store on Algonquin Ave has more than twice the selection of all drink types. I found the entrance really icy; not well salted or sanded. The staff were really friendly and the location was clean.
