J	Jade M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had mixed experiences here, with good experiences with front line staff as well as some very bad experiences with management. I now feel that they are taking steps to try to improve these things. I’m hopeful that with new management, things will continue to improve. There are still issues with staffing levels and training gaps among part time staff. However, this is an organizational issue as well as a failing of our government for not having stricter standards for those caring for our vulnerable senior generation.

They have been friendly, responsive and ready to help when asked to do so. The care they give has been top notch and I appreciate them, every day!

Our entire family is so appreciative of all the compassionate care he received. My father's passing was long and heartbreaking for us, but with the support and compassion of the staff on second floor, he passed with dignity. During our time there (on a daily basis for hours) we witnessed all the duties of the staff and how hard they worked non stop caring for each and every resident. Definitely not an easy job for so few to care for so many. Our greatest respect and appreciation for those caregivers that worked so hard to make our father's environment "HOME" during his entire stay there.
F	Frank Del on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father in law has been here for 2 years and the staff in ward 2A are the absolute best! Very genuine and caring and keep us informed of any issues. He's not doing well right now so we are there daily and they prepped his room with coffee and cookies and even a fan as it is a little warm in there. You couldn't find a better place. He's been in 2 other homes and this is by far the best!
