The mobile app is super simple to use (much easier than our previous bank’s app!) and the branch staff are super friendly and helpful. More recently, we applied and were approved for a loan - the entire process was quick and simple, easy, and stress free. With five kiddos including a new baby, we were so appreciative that we were able to do everything via email and telephone. Richard was such a huge help and answered all of our questions throughout the process, and kept us updated. We plan to do our mortgage in the future with NCU, especially if it means the same great personal, small town attitude - you really feel like the staff cares there, unlike our old bank where you were just another customer. So happy we switched!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was recently in this location to use the ATM. ATM was great no line and quick. My family was looking at open accounts and moving our mortgage but we have decided not to. on a few visit to the location, I have witnessed some of the front staff were eating and on cell phones. Didn't look very professional. Another time i was in, the manager was yelling at her staff. The last time i was in i could hear a conversation about a person getting separated from the same staff
We have been in talks with Matt Wieler who referred us to move our Mortgage over and see the lenders. We did talk to someone and got approved. that process was very easy. The Star rating is not for the lender, he would get 4-5.
