Not open on Saturdays and terrible weekday hours.
Staff constantly trying to make their jobs obsolete by pushing you towards using the atm.
CIBC recently raised all their fees by 20% again despite record profits. Seems like fair inflation…or extreme corporate greed…one of the two.
Mortgage rates are the highest in Canada so shop around.
Branch is clueless when any paperwork relating to CIBC Investors Edge needs addressed. They want you to use their rip off mutual funds.
Bank elsewhere.

Staff are always friendly and professional. Serena, Candace and Phil have all gone out of their way to assist me. Hopefully Phil stays on as the new boss.
