★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in here to grab our puppy a Yeti water and food bowl. A lady behind the counter said we couldn't come in without a mask. We told her we have a medical exception and she said it didn't matter we had to wear one if we wanted fo enter the store. I try to support local as much as i can but can't justify supporting local being treated like second class citizens. We ended up driving to Fernie to Elk River Guilding Company and they had no issues with our mask exemption. Highly recommend just driving to Fernie's Elk River Guiding Company for all your Yeti and outdoor needs. These guys are awesome to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to look at equipment and see what stock was available. Lady assisting was extremely rude and condescending. I will never give my business to the store. In fact would go elsewhere even if the price was higher. People talk about shopping local, yes I agree, however not at the expense of being treated poorly.

We were looking for a particular snowshoe and High Country was the only store to still have stock available. After a phone call and a few emails Iain posted them to us and we received them after a few days. The service we received from Iain was absolutely superb - he kept us in the loop all the time.
