When we thought we were going to need a new furnace, High Point was on task and extremely helpful with advice and extremely courteous. Buying a new furnace in the future when the time is right, we will definitely be going with High Point Plumbing & Heating. You all were awesome :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very impressed with these guys. Service was fine, they were easy to deal with but pricing seems really high. They cleaned my ducts which was an hr of work for $720. (Performed by an apprentice) Then serviced my furnace for $200. After, recommended about $2000 in repair and said im better off to get a new $10000 furnace. However my furnace absolutely needed at least the $1100 inducer motor (that included install). After the bill for the ducts I figured id price check. I was able to get the inducer motor for $590 from another company and install myself in 20mins. So not sure wha the extra $500 cost from them was for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called 7 times over 3 days trying to get an appointment to get my dishwasher plumbing looked at/fixed. Talked to Brittany the first call to check availability and called back to confirm appointment. Left multiple voicemails. Quite disappointing as this time its just a smaller dishwasher job but next time could have been an entire Furnace and A/C Unit! I had heard good things about this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called High Point plumbing last minute when I returned to Cranbrook from out of country realizing the plumber I previously hired only did the easy work and left the major issues I needed fixed for a "later date". They were here the following day. Even though the accessibility at my home was very limited the tech was super professional and did the work right away without complaint which was an issue with the other companies I spoke to. I have several other projects coming up over the next year and I will absolutely call High Point everytime.
