She was fun, funny, welcoming and put my daughter right at ease. Explained everything before it happened, showing every single thing she would be using. Also happy to change out jewelry I couldn't do myself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Do not waste your money here* Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! The owner should be ashamed with the way she treats customers but unfortunately she is one of the worst people to deal with there. Trying to get an apology for her terrible behaviour was like pulling teeth. They are unprofessional and roll their eyes when it comes to dealing with customers. They handle body jewelry with unsterile hands and refuse to listen when confronted about their awful customer service. -10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, nice displays. Nice place to find crystals and stones for yourself or loved ones. Dragons on display were cartoon cute, didn’t notice to many “darker / mature” ones but that’s a personal opinion. Would go back for with wife anytime she was looking for crystals or stones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with our experience today. My daughter has been asking for a while to get her ears pierced but always chickened out when it came time to book an appointment. Brandy was so professional and explained everything she was going to do. Everything was very clean and she put my daughters nerves at ease with her gentle and funny demeanour. She took plenty of time to explain the aftercare and made sure we knew how to care for her piercing before we left. The whole process was great from the minute we walked through the door to the minute we left. Thanks for a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was nice and all but they sell culturally appropriated items from indigenous cultures made by non indigenous corporations. 10,000 children have been found dead from the residential school sites. It's well past time for us to stop tolerating cultural appropriation and the stealing of a culture that has been experiencing a slow genocide over the years. I was personally disappointed. It's 2022, we can do better.
