She goes above and beyond and she always treats her clients with respect. BMO is lucky to have her and she is the reason we continue to return for all of our banking and investment needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the Cranbrook BMO are such a friendly and helpful group. Banking can be stressful and sometimes telephone and online banking is unpleasant but going in person to the Cranbrook branch has been very helpful. The staff always resolve my concerns and are kind. They’ve made me feel like they truly care about their customers and I’m looking forward to staying an active BMO member having this branch close by.
