Theresa was so creative and helped me with a beautiful custom pieces that Was perfect! I loved it so much that I asked her to help me with custom doors for a unique space. I get so many compliments and have referred her to anyone who needs something special. I find myself looking around my house to add more beautiful features haha So impressed with their work! My experience with then from start to finish was outstanding. The part I really want to highlight is the customer service. On the original order we had some challenges that Theresa went way beyond what I would have expected to fix the issue. When they say they want you to be completely happy with your purchase they aren't lying, and the furniture itself is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family, and for myself for future pieces.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience with Ninety 1st Furniture. It started off seeming like it would be a great experience and then 4 month mark I followed up on my furniture I was advised they are a bit behind schedule and that the furniture would be ready in a months time. After about 5 weeks time I got in contact again after this I was pushed each week and took 6 months and finally told them I need my furniture for the holidays. I asked for specific height on my furniture this was not added or taken into consideration and then when I brought it home was not painted correctly. I spoke to Theresa when I went to pick up the remainder of my furniture and advised of the painting she didn't say much and I also discussed the heigh as this was the whole reason for custom furniture. I was advised due to some changes made this may have been missed - funny thing is the invoice clearly states the 4 inches in height from the ground. I was extremely patient and kind throughout the whole process as I thought to myself its okay as long as the furniture is proper. This was not the case I have spend over $400 trying to fix to furniture and I have reached out VIA email and phone and I am now being ignored. They felt a $169.00 discount was enough for the wait time along with incorrect furniture measurements. I highly recommend not going through Niney 1st Furniture as my experience was horrific.

When I explained what I wanted to Theresa she listened and like magic exactly what I wanted. I picked colours and stains which was another great option. Always in contact with me regarding updates. Will definitely be using them again for all my future custom builds.

The response time was very quick which I enjoyed and not only that anything I didn’t understand she was quick to explain it to me and was very patient with me during the process. Throughout the whole process she was super nice and I loved chatting with her every time. I had 2 separate orders, my first being a set of nightstands! I was able to get extra height and custom drawer knobs and they turned out better then expected! My second order was my custom coffee table. I wanted a hidden drawer effect so no one knew it was there but only use for remotes and coasters :) AGAIN, they went above and beyond to make my vision come to life and I am just so in love. Had a friend over on the weekend and she had no idea there was a drawer and said she absolutely loved the idea of it and said the pieces were stunning! I could go on and on about my furniture but I highly recommend Ninety 1st! It only gives me an option to do 5 stars but I 10/10 recommend!!!

A couple of years ago, I saw a friend post a photo of a new console table she had made by them, and I’ll never look back. In 2020 I had a large storage bench made for my bedroom that I’ve been using to store linen and towels. Early this year they made me a matching coffee table that also lifts to store throw blankets. All of the correspondence has been prompt, friendly, and feels like a very personalized experience. The quality of the pieces they’ve made for me is second to none, and worth every cent. I’ll never buy furniture elsewhere after the phenomenal experiences I’ve had here. I can’t wait to have my next piece done!
