★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to remodel my kitchen completely and was looking for a quote on kitchen cabinets as well as a quote for the work/materials it would take to flip my kitchen from beginning to the end.Kitchen Korner was one of the few companies i found on google that provide both of the services i wanted to get.
At the beginning they were professional and i really liked that they are a family company. First I booked an appt with the designer at their gallery where i was warned multiple times how expensive their kitchens were ( i am in my mid 20's and they didn't seem to take me seriously). After my appointment with them at their gallery, their designer and the contractor came over to my house to make some measurements so they could provide me with a quote. They said that they would need about one week for the quotations on the cabinets. For the renovations it was unclear as the contractor said that they would need to get a structural engineer to approve of the wall i wanted to remove. I've asked him to contact one of his engineers so i could arrange an appointment with him and he said no problem.
It's been over a month and neither the designer not the contractor got back to me even though i've sent them an email to check on the progress of the quotation 3 weeks ago.
I am a young professional and don't understand why they wouldn't get back to me at all. The whole experience has been very frustrating and a complete waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Kitchen Korner design & install custom bookcase in our family room. Our designer was very helpful & gave us great ideas that we did not think were possible. The showroom is very large with lots of displays & samples. Its been about 8 months and I still smile every time I walk into the room. Looking forward to doing our kitchen in the next couple years.
