I purchased couches in August of 2020 and still have not received a missing piece of the sectional jan 2022 and the cushions started to fall apart within 3 months. Endless emails and phone calls and they just keep playing games. DO NOT SHOP HERE. GARBAGE CUSTOMER Service HERE !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT RECOMMEND. They delivered our furniture at 10:30pm and had to assemble it so they didn't leave until 12:45am. The manager didn't resolve the issue just has stalled all this week. All they had to do was apologize and refund us for the delivery as this is not good business. They convinced us to use their delivery company and they were supposed to deliver on Friday, truck broke down that day and they said they would be late. They then called asked if they could reschedule to the next day which was fine. I received a call the next day stating it would be delivered between 6-9pm, they then called again saying it would be closer to 9pm. I asked if there was anyway they could come earlier as 9 is getting late and our downstairs neighbors have a baby and their room is right below our living room and they said they couldn't but they would be there by 9pm. 9 and still not here, called and straight to voicemail. They called back and stated they wouldn't be delivering until 11:30. We had a very long phone call and they said they would be at our house by 10. Got there just after 10:30 and the guys were loud we kept having to ask to be qquieter. We are more mad that the delivery people said they do this all the time and I don't know why you are so upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review a little late, because I was waiting for a response from the owner.
I bought a set of Recliners (3+2+1 seater) from this store in the first week of May 2020. By the time it was July 2020, the recliners started to turn bad in shape, the stitching started to lose and lint was all over the fabric. I called the store to either return, repair or refund.
Owner asked for an email with pictures, I emailed and also sent the pictures over his cellphone and contacted multiple times but no reasonable response, still waiting for refund/return.
I had similar experience in buying mattress from them.
Well, I realized overall it's a very poor service after any purchase.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy any furniture from them. All are poor quality furniture.
Wish we had an option to rate them "0".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couch was around 4 grand, nice material, comfortable, but it broke within the first week after my husband sat on it. He weighs 170 pounds so not a large man. The motor then gave out in one of the recliners. We have a 10 year warrentee but that all happened in March and its now August and has not been repaired. I'm not wowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a couch at Aldergrove Furniture Warehouse and found the Customer service great. The Manager Baldip, a very pleasant guy, offered and sweetened the deal with a break on delivery fees which was extremely appreciated. The delivery and installation crew Hemi and Guri, were fabulous !! They made contact with me to confirm the time of delivery, they were both very personable and took great care in the transport and setting up of the furniture. I have given a 4 star rating as I was taken a bit by surprise to know that I was responsible for the disposal of the cardboard of which, I don't have the facility to do that. Not a huge problem but perhaps as an improvement for future sales, the customer could be given a copy of the terms and conditions. Having said that, I would certainly return and do further business with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im so happy with the service at this store and it was well done they came to my house and showed lots of love and kindness to my kids and also set up the furniture well and proper. When i went to go buy the furniture the boss Baldip Gill was super kind and knew what he was talking about and gave us an super good deal. I suggest everyone to come here and look at the furniture before going to any other store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Place is great and the manager is such an patient guy, He is super respectful to the employees not just to me i was there for quite some time and too every customer he is a great respectful salesman. When i ordered the bed they had some issues to order which were all super understandable and very well done setup and well delivered. There was no scratches nothing was wrong with the bed it was very well done i suggest that you all should at least check out the store and meet the manager he will let you know every detail of the couch, bed, and table.
