Best Vietnamese restaurant in Canada

A	Alhan Yaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very decent price although the portion of their pho is small compared to other places in the city. The taste was alright and but not what I was expecting. The owner was very helpful and nice. Decent number of seats but a rather smaller place. The really nice thing about this place is their hours. If you're craving for pho or Vietnamese food in general late at night then it's a good option.

They usually have your food prepared really fast. Their rice noodle dishes are by far some of the best out there. Soups are good only one size. I have recommended this place to friends at work and they have liked it as well. Solid 4 stars

Ordered shrimp salad rolls and sate beef soup and both items were the best I’ve tasted in Calgary. Found the sate soup to be at the perfect spice level. Everything was freshly made. Can get busy at night but the food was definitely worth the wait!

I told the restaurant I can’t have shrimp because I have allergies. I specifically mentioned that spring rolls would be ok. To which the guy said he’ll see what he can do. This guy Gave beef instead which I can’t have as I’m Hindu. Now… I called the restaurant. Looking for an apology and a remake of my order.. And this is what they told me. “U said you can’t have shrimp. But u didn’t say you can’t have beef “ Am I supposed to list everything that I can and can’t have ?? They are supposed to ask if they can substitute shrimp for beef or something else and I can tell them yes or no. Not only there was no apology they didn’t even remotely try fix the issue. If you are not made for service industry, then don’t come in this line of work. I do the same in a star hotel, and you should see how hospitality and food service is provided. Yes you didn’t know I am a Hindu. But I mentioned veg spring roll, and even if you can’t do anything, AT LEAST LEARN TO APOLOGIZE WHEN A CUSTOMER IS BRINGING A CONCERN.

My group all ordered different items and they all look and smell very tasty! I ordered the Spicy Hue-Style Noodle Soup and it was fantastic. I really want to go back and try their classic beef noodle soup now..

The owners are passionate about the quality food they serve and dining experience they provide. My water glass was never empty and I love their spring rolls, salad rolls and Night Owl Special Soup. I was amazed that the young man who helped serve me on my first visit last year remembered me 8 months later. Awesome place to eat out. I highly recommend trying it out. :)
