About Capri Steak & Pizza House

In the beginning Capri Steak and Pizza house started out as a quaint little restaurant, serving great food and a cozy atmosphere to its costumers. As the years passed Capri grew, adding Andy’s Sports Lounge in 1985. With sports and entertainment now in its repertoire the family run establishment has served many Calgarian’s in its time.

L	Liz Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the chicken parm and grilled salmon and it was alright; nothing special but nothing I think is worth being critical on. The main concern we had was over the service. We were having a conversation about how I am American and then the server weirdly included themselves into the conversation and got really political. We tried to just brush it off and be friendly to ignore the bizarreness of the eavesdropping and bringing up politics, but it was definitely awkward and a little rude.

The food always so tasted and well done cook but unfortunately this year on my birthday I can't no have the same opinion. The food was overcook in general . Price a bit off. The service from the waiter was excellent. Friendly and professional.

If was 6:30 pm and the entire restaurant side was empty.....should have been my first sign of caution. We proceeded to have the lasagna and the fettuccine Alfredo. While we were waiting we observed the what I can only assume was the manager. Tear strips off his only server several times when she would co.e back to the restaurant side from serving the whole bar plus us. Totally unprofessional! Now the food was the worst I have had in Calgary....(I've eaten at the homeless shelter and it was better) We both experienced extreme bowel problems within the hour. The fettuccine was dry and clumpy and the lasagna tasted sweet and almost had the flavor of canned ravioli....FML what a waist of money.

I always love taking my family here because of the consistent food, the quality of the food, and the kindness of the staff. Quintessentially Calgary.

Staff (usually) is fairly welcoming, in the bar side I mean. Not too sure about the restraint side. Anyway, there we go review over. Thank you have a good day

Met Andy the owner and he and all his staff were super friendly prices are much better than other more well-known steak restaurants. Lots of free parking in the back and easy entrance to the restaurant.We will definitely be back.
S	Stephen Leber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love their ribs, both Greek style and BBQ. Their lamb chops are the best we've had anywhere. Good stuff potatoes. We like their pizza as well. Their take out service is great! Food always hot. Would recommend them whole heartily.

The food and service were excellent and the price was $15 for a good Caesar salad and a really good mini pizza with two toppings. I think it's time they threw a few bucks at this place and brightened it up a little bit. It's a little dark and dingy but that being said it was very clean.
