Bridgeland got a little brighter and cooler when they opened up this commercial strip of UNA, Phil&Seb and Village IceCream! The architecture of the building is thought provoking and inspire your eyes. This Una branch is the best so far (against the other locations) in terms of ambience, space and overall experience. Staff were all polite, fast and attentive to our needs. The restaurant may look small from outside but it’s pretty spacious inside with lots of socially distanced tables and a big patio area! We ordered Brown butter cauliflower and Mushroom truffle pizza. The cauliflower was so good that we keep on trying to imitate it at home! It has buttery cream with sweet dates to compliment the savoury sauce. Mushroom truffle pizza is one of their best!! Delicious and crazy good!! I love the flavours of the truffle oil mixed with the spicy-nutty taste of arugula. It’s best served with a dash of their Chili Oil! Definitely coming back here!

Una Bridgeland is a great place! Beautiful patio and indoor seating, with cafe front style set up for pizza by the slice and beverages. Friendly and quick service from the team with delicious food. Featured here is the margherita pizza, fried garlic bread, and house made whipped ricotta with brioche toast! Definitely will be back to try more of the menu!

Food was great - had the Bridgemand and a few appies. Highly recommend the dates but I would skip the foccacia bread - it was literally dry white toast - not foccacia, no rosemary, not even butter..??? It did inspire a fun lesson on the history of foccacia after I googled it tho!

I love UNA pizza. In my opinion they make the best pizza dough in the whole city, it’s not floppy. It’s thin but still firm so all the pizza won’t slide off when you pick it up. Everything about the food here is good. It’s expensive but worth the price for a great treat. My only issue is that with this location, the tables are too close to each other. The ones on the wall on the right when you walk in. I sat there once and the table next to us was not even 6 feet apart. I could have stretched out my arm and touched the person at the other table. And when I got up to leave it was so awkward. I feel like my butt was in their face. We could also very clearly hear each other conversations. Not great :( But everything else is!

The food is very good as most of it is made by them. It says they even make their own bacon. The gnocchi are amazing:fluffy, light they are like pillows that melt in your mouth. I wish the cream sauce was a bit lighter since it’s drowning in bacon pieces, but dinner out is supposed to be a treat! The meatballs are good but not consistently the same & if kids are going to eat it : it’s spicy hot! (the menu does not say this) But still some of the best fresh quick to order food in calgary with late hours too!update March 18: 2 stars now I ordered and paid extra for sausage on my veggie pizza and got a tiny piece of sausage on a few pieces that was unchewable.First time they’ve put hardly any red peppers on. They must be cutting ingredients instead of prices or they are not consistent depending who makes it! (photo is cold pizza the next day)If you look at the review by Kirsten Fleming below that veggie pizza looks entirely different!!

Ordered for pickup yesterday, it is the best pesto chicken pizza in Calgary. The pesto was fresh and yummy. Would definitely go back again.
