The spa was very clean, the staff were warm and professional, and my nails are beautiful with Christine showing absolute attention to detail. I will be back!
R	R Ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here based on the 5 star review. It was the worst customer experience I have ever gotten. My nail shape is not even, and I can see my nail underneath. But besides the nails, their service is horrible. If you do not have the time to book a client, simply do not book them. But there is no need to be rude or rush an appointment based on your own lack of time management. Our appointment was at 6 pm, and we walked into the clinic at 6:02…. They were rude, lacked manners and seemed discriminative. The owner didn’t even start my massage chair or ask me how I wanted my toe nail’s shape. I always do square and she did round. She then proceeded to go start her car in the middle of doing my nails, which was so unprofessional. But the thing that bugged me the most was how rushed I felt. I brought my mom with so much excitement because she works so hard and never treats herself, but at the salon they didn’t let us sit together or even discuss which colors to get. Half of the experience in a salon, when you go with a loved one, is talking and laughing, but it seems like it was forbidden in this salon. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Please do not go here if you want good customer service and some time to relax. Save your money and go to any of the other amazing places Calgary has to offer!

Christine added this beautiful iridescent finish called hollographic powder which made my nails look ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! This photo was taken 1.5 weeks after Christine had done them and they are still looking gorgeous. I have been complimented on the nails multiple times since I got them done. Christine is so professional and gave me exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to get them done from her again! ❤

I ended up coming because I needed a last minute manicure pedicure on a Sunday and it was the place closest to me open with the best reviews and I'm so glad I did. The pedicure was very well done and I enjoyed the hot stone massage. Kim did an excellent job on my nails. I had a reference picture and my nails end up looking identical to my picture .She is so talented with her nail art. Excellent customer service. Happy with my experience.
