★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a pre-wedding facial package with Rachel in Winter, and I was so happy with my skin on the big day! It was glowing naturally without any makeup. Rachel rocks! I have been going to get facials since.
PS I added an extra 30 minutes relaxation massage to my last facial. I arrived with a headache on the day and Rachel was super kind to incorporate a head, neck and jaw massage. She was great at it and my headache vanished by the end of the session. Thank you, Rachel!

I never had easy skin but facials from Rachel have greatly helped, and very likely have saved it! Over the years, I have also had a number of services ranging from facials, to massages, to tcm, to pedicures and every service has been top notch and amazing value. Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable in their craft. Moral of the story, highly, highly recommend!

I've been dealing with them for years now. Even after my first acne solution facial with Rachel, the difference was noticeable. Now, I can't even believe how good my skin is. Not only she helped me with the facials but she put me on the right products. She makes personalized lists of products according to your needs, informs you about the products, the right way of using them and answers all your questions. I'm so glad that I know this place that led me skin to glow and be healthy!

Don't let the exterior deter you...I wasn't sure myself as I had been going to Still Water for many years but it turns out the owner is from the Hotel Spa industry! I was so pleased with the facial, surroundings and my technician's friendly and knowledgeable information. I will definitely be back for more!

Rachel gave me the most amazing facial and is so knowledgeable and authentic, and Kendall at the front desk is always so kind and helpful. They both continue to provide the best advice for which products will be beneficial for my skin, and I love that when I go in I know I'm going to have a great experience and leave with amazing products. 10/10 recommend!

Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable, selective about who she hires, and just a wealth of information to make sure everyone at the spa is up to her high standards. I'll always be a loyal client because years ago I felt a breakout happening the day before my wedding and Rachel went out of her way to meet me at 7am to make sure it was taken care of. (She's the best!) Always amazing customer service and results. Highly recommend!
