The service has always been great and the salon is spotless.
I always look forward to having my nails done. I am really picky about the look and feel of my nails - I can always count on this salon to do a great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a nail repaired and it was pretty bad. The woman helping me was very rude and in a rush. She got super glue all over my hand and didn’t offer to take it off, she put my nail on sideways and when I asked to to match it to the others she got mad and was rough with my hand. The product the applied looks thick and sloppy. She also ripped my natural nail to the point that it bled.
Also the salon was very dirty. Broken nails on the floor where I sat, the file she used looked like it was so old and not clean. Probably why in the comments below mine she got a infection.
Do not recommend.

I got a shellac manicure on June 12th at this place for the first time. I had never been here before but decided to make an appointment as it's close to where I live. The two kids working there were very kind and helpful, and provided excellent customer service. But when the lady with short black hair (who I assume is the Manager) came over to do my nails I noticed she was quite aggressive when filing/shaping my nails and ended up cutting the sides of each nail super deep. I thought to myself that it was unusually painful and I'll probably get some ingrown nails from this.
within 10 days of my appointment, 5 of my nails became severely infected. The infection and the pain became so bad that I had to go to the doctor and be put on antibiotics. It's been almost 3 weeks of taking antibiotics and I'm still fighting off the infection in all 5 nails and still in pain. Please see the attached photos for reference.
when I read other reviews for 'Glitter & Polish Nail Salon' I learned that I'm not the first person this has happened to, so I want to strongly caution anyone who is planning to book an appointment here to consider going elsewhere. I'm certain that the tools used on my hands were not properly cleaned or sterilized and the woman who did my nails does not know how to properly care for her clients. I'm not typically one to write reviews like this, but this has never happened to me before and I've been getting my nails done regularly for years.
Be careful and do your research before booking appointments anywhere. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
