I just completed my fifth project with Nick and his people, a flat roof and deck renovation, and I could not be happier. As before, the quality of the work, the ease of discussing design options, timing and delivering the end result have all been perfect. Nick combines solid technical knowledge with very good design ability, which places him in my trust level, above the standard contractor. Further, I have now recommended Nick to seven friends and neighbours, and to a person, they have all been very happy with their projects. I highly recommend Nick and Home Trust Group.

I wanted to get a similar job done and thought of hiring them after looking at the neatness of their work. I contacted the team through a phone call to enquire about their availability and they were very prompt in answering the call. Moreover, they also gave a reasonable estimate right on the call. As a result of his hard work and efficiency the project was completed in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. Nick is dedicated, skilled, very reliable, budget conscious, trustworthy and detail oriented. Everything you would want in a contractor. I have never worked with someone with so much attention to detail and integrity when it comes to the quality of work. I have had bad experiences with contractors cutting corners in the past, but my expectations were exceeded by Nick and his team. He answered all my questions along the way, making sure I felt a part of the process, and gave me regular updates on the project. He and his architect really understood my vision and brought it to life! Thank you for the beautiful home Nick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel so lucky I stumbled across Nicks Developments. I contacted him to ask about the process of custom home building and pricing. On that call I told him we haven’t sold our current house yet. The same day, he came over to look at our house and gave a quote for the work that he thought needed to be done. I am so pleased with the renovations he did to get our house ready to sell. To my surprise he has a real estate team as well which has made this whole process so easy only having to deal with one person. He really worked hard to make sure we were happy. (We definitely are, our house went way above asking!)
Nick will be building our new home and I’ll leave an updated review. I’m so excited to see the finished product. He really is a one stop shop!
You can tell it’s very important to him that his customers are happy. He’s the best.
