I decided to do a complete renovation to my home in Cabbagetown ,( windows, doors, flooring , kitchen, 4 bathrooms, some extensive interior reconstruction, backyard patio etc) and as we all know, choosing a Contractor is the first stress decision one must make , but after interviewing a few companies I decided to hire Renovators of Canada . Perry and Greg the principals of the company looked after everything from obtaining the Permits to organizing the trades , schedule and budgets so that eliminated most of the other stressors a home owner endures in home renovating, but then we hit the Covid 19 Pandemic and I thought the major stressor was about to begins , but Perry then personally took over the execution of my home renovations “hands on” and was on site basically everyday to make sure the job kept moving along and also performed many of the job tasks him self to reduce the number of trades present in the home at any given time , i order to closely follow the prescribed government protocols of maintaining a safe working environment for all the sub contractors and trades that needed to do their jobs to keep our project moving in a timely and organized fashion We are extremely satisfied with the end result everything looks as I had imagined I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or rehire this company at anytime and we were able to stay very very close to our original budget which was also a pleasant surprise I was extremely please to have Perry “hands on” during this stressful time of Renovating and pandemic.

Perry and his TROC team were professional and efficient throughout the entire process from planning to finish. They squeezed us in on short notice for a condo washroom reno and completed the job on time. They advised us on our questions, got us a discount on tiles, and handled anything that came up independently so we could focus on work and our lives with minimal disruption. Perry, my wife and I would like to thank you for fixing the custom glass shower door which could not close properly. TROC renovated the bathroom for the previous owner few years ago and you honored the warranty to fix the door and even helped re-apply caulking. Your prompt response and dedication is much appreciated.

Completely renovated our small condo kitchen with custom cabinets and built-in appliances. T-ROC team, including Nasser and Namrata, were very friendly, flexible, and professional. A designer spent a good amount of time with my spouse and I to determine our preferences, and she provided us with a few different options. The quality of all the work (electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, and countertop/backsplash installation) was excellent.

T-ROC (Perry) was by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. We are experienced homeowners who typically would take on most project ourselves. As such we have high expectations and Perry (and all of his sub trades) surpassed all expectations and came in under budget! Perry is responsive and works with changes-circumstances in an open and transparent way. I would give him (and the trades he deals with) 6 stars! You won’t be disappointed! Perry, Cam and all the crew were all very professional and kind. We always knew where our budget was at all times and they were helpful if changes needed to be made during the project. We would highly recommend for a large or small project.and will definitely hire them again for any future projects at our Temple.

My experience with T-ROC was awesome and I cannot say enough great things about them! T-ROC built us an aesthetically pleasing, solid outdoor front and rear wood decks for our semi-detached home in Toronto in a timely manner, with excellent service and execution throughout. They were highly organized, attentive, detail oriented, transparent, flexible, accessible, and swift in their responses and site follow-up, which I highly valued. T-ROC assessed the site carefully, prepped properly and were organized and operationally tidy the entire time. I made a couple of additional requests (wire mesh and metal sheet installation), and T-ROC incorporated these without any issue. Perry, at the helm, is top notch to work with and he oversaw the project from scope to completion, including budgeting, hiring a structural engineer and to obtaining the required permits. I found him professional, honest, reliable, organized and accommodating to our requirements for implementation, not to mention his patience as we worked through the initial wood selection. Our project stayed on budget, and in fact there was even a refund from the initial material deposit which we opted to use to undertake a few extra items. Throughout the project it was apparent that Perry’s commitment to delivering excellence in construction and service trickles down to his team. Cam, our Contractor Site Supervisor, was super nice, uber smart and talented, and constantly thinking outside the box to solve and navigate site issues that arose. Cam never failed to present options with sketches for our approval prior to execution. We were always notified of the next day’s work plan. Cam worked well and in a respectful manner with the City’s inspectors and our neighbors. His crew, Rodney and Anthony, showed up each morning with a great attitude and work ethic despite the challenges presented by the weather and pandemic. I was able to check-in on the project in detail remotely via T-ROC’s software, which I found invaluable, with T-ROC’s posting site updates up to twice a day with photos, videos, daily logs, future day’s work plan, emails, including files of project drawings and finances. This kept me very well informed, as if I was on-site at all times. I highly recommend T-ROC to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional contracting company whether for a small or large project. Excellent standards of work, impeccable service, and they listen, offer options, and then advise appropriately. This really helped take the stress out of our project… and they are super nice guys to work with. I am already looking forward to working with T-ROC on our next project!
