★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was very similar to that of Jodi Knight's posted review. Their "disney expert" was anything but, her lack of knowledge and gross incompetence lead to several costly mistakes that ruined our trip. When we tried to contact her for assistance, there was none. We emailed, texted, and called to no avail. When we finally received a reply two days later she claimed she was " just sick about it" all weekend, but offered no assistance or solution. We contacted the company, they too offered no resolution, just excuses Their agents are inept, and seem more interested in their own vacations than those of their clients. This company is an embarrassment to the industry, and I would warn anyone considering using them to book directly or use Expedia as even they offer more in terms of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Nexion to book a recent holiday based on a recommendation from a friend. The initial contact was positive and the agent booked our cruise for the dates and ship I requested. Following this the sevice was non existant. I contacted her to book flights and was told to"do it myself as January was a busy month for her" and for hotels to "do it myself as she did not receive a commission ".
Based on my experience I would not recommend Nexion and will personally never use the agency again.
