Lovely staff, very professional and they made the testing fun! They answered all my questions and made me feel really cared for. Special thanks to the ray of sunshine, Nicole, for making my visit so lovely.

Michelle and staff provide a friendly atmosphere that puts you at ease. They have continually provided several accessories that make it easier and more convenient to use my hearing aids in different at home and social settings. I would highly recommend NexGen - View Royal as the location of choice for all your hearing needs.

Pauline, Michelle and Rachel have been so welcoming and made my all my visits incredibly quick and easy! Their customer service, product/service knowledge and overall vibe makes every visit something to look forward to. I have tried many different companies and stores but NexGen View Royal in Eagle Creek village far exceeds all the others. The atmosphere and professional advice is outstanding !! I would recommend a promotion !! ☺️ The rechargeable batteries is a wonderful bonus due to the neuropathy in my fingers.

Over the last several years Michelle and Pauline have shown them amazing kindness and patience and provided them with way over the top customer service! Both of them have received thorough hearing investigations and treatment which has greatly improved the quality of their lives. It is so reassuring to me to know they are receiving outstanding care and my parents always enjoy their trips for a check up. Please do not hesitate to bring your loved one for an assessment. You will be very happy and satisfied with your experience and the professional care your loved one receives!
