★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike came highly recommended by a family member who needed his services a few weeks ago. After a short phone conversation to discuss the problem, he was in my driveway in under 30 minutes. That alone is reason enough for a 5 star review but it gets better. He knew what my washer needed in a matter of minutes. Mike had the right part in his vehicle and had me up and running in less than 2 hours including some extra time tweaking a few things he thought weren't quite perfect and educating me on care & maintenance. I hope I don't need anything else repaired anytime soon but if I do, New Star will be my first call. I've already added Mike's number to my contacts.

He was very responsive, was available to come to repair my washing machine remarkably quickly, knew exactly what the problem was, gave a reasonable quote to fix the machine, had the part available so we didn’t have to wait for weeks to get a part in from the manufacturer, and was willing to come out on my schedule rather than make me take a day off to work on his schedule.
He was friendly, professional, was very Covid-aware and clean, communicated well, was prepared with easy receipt and warranty information, and was all around a great person to deal with.
It’s rare to find a person who does good work like this and isn’t already overrun with long waits and bad service. Mike is for sure your guy. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again when my next appliance takes a vacation too. Thanks so much, Mike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad I found Mike. He was super accommodating on a Saturday afternoon. Showed up on time wearing a mask. Diagnosed the problem with the washer and fixed it perfectly. He’s very enthusiastic about his work and is such a nice guy. Even didn’t mind letting my kids watch him fix the washer. Highly recommend Mike!! He’s top notch, does excellent work and is very reasonable with prices. Thanks mike

He was prompt in answering our call, came the next day and fixed our dryer quickly but efficiently. He let us watch him work and even showed us what was broken. He also made sure that other parts were cleaned up and working before he left. He is polite, friendly, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend Mike hands down. I was easy to communicate with, he was responsive with getting here quickly, he came when he said he would, he was very professional, provided an initial estimate, did the work quickly and was easy to pay and get receipt for my records. I thought his price was fair (less than I expected). I plan to use him next time one of my appliances needs a repair.
