Each one has exceeded our expectations as have the staff that covered everything from financing and trade to pickup and delivery. I'm from just outside Calgary and was trying to purchase a 2022 outlander phev from the dealers here in Calgary with no luck and some terrible customer service. I called many dealers as far as Grand Prairie but still had some pretty unhelpful and uninterested sales staff UNTIL I contacted Johnny A at Lethbridge mitsubishi. Johnny and Rick went above and beyond to help me and pulled a Phev, the trim level i wanted, from Grand Prairie and shipped it all the way down to Calgary. Then Johnny drove up from lethbridge and delivered the vehicle right to my front door!. Their customer service was amazing, always keep me updated and the price was $2k cheaper that Calgary and didn't charger any extra for shipping. THANKS guy your whole team was awesome!!

After years of debating getting a new car John was always patient and understanding to my opinions. I ended up needing a vehicle like now and he had everything sorted and Stephanie had finance sorted and my car delivered to me within a week which is awesome as it was christmas holidays for them and the banks. My vehicle was well taken care of and Brand new condition when they dropped off at the house.
