★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please update the hours when you Google it says 9pm when your closed at 8 ? i recently purchased a machine and have come 3 times to get pods to be disappointed by either closed early due to staffing issues or that the close time is wrongly posted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I’ve been to a dozen locations and this one just opened up and is rude and unprofessional. They don’t offer samples for their customers because “of the masks” however they have the set up there to do so. There is countless cafes in the mall that serve coffee and the masks do not stop them. The excuse is not acceptable.

The store looks modern and layed out very well.
The staff was approachable, curtious, and knowledgeable.
Lots of inventory on many different flavour profiles.
Yes the coffee is not cheep BUT you are getting a top shelf product, for those who have a Nespresso machine you know the difference.
I wish this location all the best and will be a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third time visiting this kiosk and service is getting worse each time. Everyone acts like they are too busy to help which sucks because being the only boutique in Kelowna I don’t want to pay $9 for shipping online.
