★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely the best dental experience(s) that I have ever had. My dental assistant, Lisa, was very sweet and explained everything very well, making sure that I fully understood what was happening during my appointments. As for Dr. Matheson, he is just as kind and and takes his time explaining things. If you have anxiety about the dentist, this is the place for you. I cannot recommend a better dental office in Red Deer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a great experience with Dr. Scott and Shelby at Neighborhood Dental. I really appreciate Dr. Scott’s easygoing and caring bedside manner. He’s always good and honest with me. I really like their new office too, it’s very nice and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the front staff to the dentist chair, everything was straight forward and pleasant! Bianca was very friendly and informative. Dr. Matheson was very honest and upfront about my treatment plan. I left feeling confident in my next steps and I’m looking forward to my next visit! I would highly recommend Neighbourhood Dental to anyone who is hesitant about visiting the dentist, or someone looking for a new dentist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with my first visit from the warm welcome when you first walk in right to the end of the appointment. Beautiful office and even better people. I have been to a few not so great dentists and hygienists in the past. My experience getting my teeth cleaned was one of the best. Very gentle quick and thorough. Getting X-rays was a pleasure, even the bite wing ones. I felt like a kid being complimented at every step taken. Dr. Aull was very gentle and thorough too. He knows his stuff. I feel that everyone genuinely cares about their patients and wants the best for them. They aren’t out to recommend things you don’t need or cannot afford which is a refreshing change. Location is easy to find too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best staff hands down. Friendly and professional. I was met with friendly smiles and at the end of my visit I felt relaxed and happy about the treatment I recived . State of the art equipment but still affordable services. Dr. Scott is very responsive to questions asked and explained my options making it easy to make decisions. Shelby is a great hygienist. Knowledgeable, friendly and just really,really good at her job! I met Sierra the dental assistant for the first time and again I can't say enough good things. You won't ever dread a visit to the dentist after being here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the new office! The staff are very kind. My hygienist Shelby was very understanding of my anxiety, as was Dr. Scott. As someone with a lot of dental anxiety from past experiences elsewhere, I genuinely appreciate the staff and their kind, gentle approach. My four children also love Neighbourhood Dental. One is non verbal and one has autism, they both do great! My youngest child had his first cleaning and exam and wasn't nervous. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Scott and Neighbourhood Dental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very happy with my first experience at Neighbourhood Dental! Booking online was perfect for me and very quick responses via email with the questions I had regarding my insurance. I really appreciate that they offer evening appointments and currently go by the provincial dental fee guide. The admin Lindsey I dealt with was very welcoming and kind, Bianca had done my x-rays and was very friendly and helped ease my nerves! Dr. Aull was great, I really liked how he showed me the x-rays/pictures and explained everything to me and the best route of treatment needed in a way that didn't make me nervous/anxious to come back! My hygienist did a great job and was very kind and accommodating too! I'm looking forward to come back to start my treatments with such a great staff in a beautiful comforting office!

The assistants are very helpful and know exactly what to say and the dentists both care so much and give the best treatment. The hygienist Shelby is amazing, my teeth have never felt better. 10/10 recommend to check out this office. You won't be disappointed.
