The staff greeted me upon arrival, did all the work to check into my benefits for orthodontics for me and my consultation was thorough, timely and effective in determining my needs while explaining what's needs to be done to achieve the smile I can flaunt. And the consultation was free. 5 stars for a great experience!
B	Brittany Winn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ladies that do the work on my kids mouth. So kind, so fun, so wonderful! My kids all love going to pure! I hate that the dental chairs are all in one big room without any dividers. There is no privacy. It's a huge space but only has the chairs on one half of the room (it looks like they will eventually expand and put more chairs on the other side as they built the business up in Red Deer...but they could have spaced the chairs though the space instead of cramming them all on one half of the room.) Really wish there were privacy dividers. It's quite intrusive. When I am sitting at the foot of the dental chair where my kid is getting their work done I can touch the desk of the adjacent chair with ease. I could lean and touch the neighboring chair. It's a bit off putting.

The staff can bring a smile to your face (literally) and be more than real people to deal with. Thanks so much for all you guys have done for me so far. Can’t wait for the final results!!!

At the age of 40 I didn't think an expander was an option, however the amazing team at Pure has completely blown all my expectations out of the water! I have had an expander in since November, got braces late December and the change in my smile and confidence has been incredible so far! I can't thank them enough. Special shout out to Jacki who has been instrumental in helping me decide what treatment was best, working with me through my consult, helping me set up affordable payment options and being such a pleasure to work with! Special thanks to Jess who has hooked me up with the shiny brackets and expander, who makes me feel comfortable every time I'm in the chair! The young receptionist Randi is always smiling and kind every time you call or need to book an appointment. Truly the staff at Pure is exceptional. Thank you Pure Team for all your hard work and dedication in making beautiful smiles. I can't wait to see my before and after pictures! (I have added a picture of before and a picture of me now)
