★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming atmosphere. Great communication before and after appointments. My dental hygenist is awesome. My dentist has done 2 tricky (and succesful) root canals for me that a dentist in Calgary refused to attempt. Highly recommend Alpen Dental!

He explained everything very well, commented on his work, was very neat and caring. I recommend it. Doc you are the best !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic for the first time with a dental emergency when my usual dental clinic had no availability for 5 days. I was given an appointment the next day which I was very happy with (I called them close to closing time). I was greeted with a smiling face at reception and didn’t have to wait long before being taken to a treatment room. Dr. Cook and staff were fantastic. I felt very comfortable through the whole treatment. He was very professional and explained everything in detail including treatment options. I found this very comforting especially since I hadn’t seen a different dentist in over 15 years so I was a little nervous. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment and that I was experiencing no discomfort. I was also pleasantly surprised by my invoice which was very reasonable!! I was so impressed by my experience that I posted about it on FB as soon as I got home to let my friends know about this great service in Blackfalds. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic and may seriously consider making Dr. Cook my dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complete staff at Alpen Dental guided me through my transition from my work benefits to my retirement benefits. Stayed in contact with me as we figure it all out. When reaching the appointment date explained everything completely so I had no surprise bill at the end of appointment. All services are top notch. I have been their client for about 5 years. Great staff! Five star establishment all the way!
