I assumed that my membership would be cancelled right away if I don't pay or update my credit card but it turns out that the system will still collect money. They have been sending emails about my membership but did not receive any because I had an old email info with them. I know it’s my fault and I’m aware I’m not paying my dues. This has become a lesson learned to me that it's better to ASK than ASSUMED. Yesterday, I explained myself to the manager nicely. So far, the manager gave me a good solution offer. He is highly professional and really cares for the members. They are truly helpful. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
M	Michelle Bergseth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't speak highly enough of the trainers I worked with while going here, they provided very specific excersises, worked with my schedule and were really wonderful, however I cycled through THREE different trainers in my short time going here (this was pre covid) and it became very apparent this is not a company that treats or pays its staff well enough to stay. The facility itself is fine, not crazy busy and had enough equipment to complete a comprehensive workout. I think the pricing is pretty good for just a regular membership? I'd say this place isn't where you want to drop trainer money unless you don't mind working with a new one every 6-8 months.

I asked for a few months pause for personal reasons. Then manager offered me 4 months for free. I asked to read the contract before I signed. It didn’t say 4 months free, instead it said “we can change the price without telling you”. —Who would agree to that? I refused to sign the new contract and insisted I get the deal that the manager offered me. Then the manager lied about offering me 4 free months and canceled my membership outright. I was baffled because I would have continued being a member for years to come. I protested my treatment to the head office and they tried to trick me into signing a cancellation contract so they could get 3 months of payments out of me. But my contract was already ended by the unprofessional and spiteful manager (evidently against company policy ?). This company has poor business practices and needs to be called out. You should find a better gym. You should also tell all your friends to never go near this place.

Price increased from $10 bi-weekly to now $21 bi-weekly. They don't pick up their phone and the front desk staff just refer you to their manager, who is of course not available. Highly recommend NOT going to this gym and cancelling your membership. You do not need to give a 60 day notice, that's a lie. Do not pay them any money and call your credit card company to cancel any future withdrawals from them.

My issue the first time was because of how one of the staff members treated my mother, but the vibes and open space drew me in again. I have had nothing but poor experiences with their payment plan, and they have taken up to 3 payments at a time out of the blue, and when I try to call the front desk there is always no pick up. I recommend canceling
N	Neal W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the fine print!! They can raise the fees as they wish without notification. When you cancel you must pay for 60 days more. They will add up to 14 days over and above that just to get the 1 extra payment. If the final day of your membership goes even a few days into another year you will have to pay the annual fee again regardless of the annual fee schedule. Can't stress enough, read the fine print!
D	David McEwen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to workout and not too expensive. They keep it pretty clean and have a decent amount of equipment. Can get pretty busy after 4pm with a high school right near by. My main complaint would be if a piece of equipment goes down or is in need of service, it takes forever to get it fixed. For example the functional cable machine has been down for a few months now. They needed new cables and for some reason they don't have backups and the new ones apparently take more than 3months to get? They also only have one plate loaded leg press and it's been out of commission going on 2+ month's. The seat needed to be reupholstered and apparently that takes months to do? Also their benches for bench press or anything else really are very narrow, my shoulders barely fit and I'm not that big so it's hard to be stable when benching or anything like that. I keep going because it's close to home and reasonably priced but if they can't get their act together fixing equipment in a more reasonable time line, then I might have to go somewhere else.
