★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were honestly great! AND they fixed my phone screen no worries. It’s actually sweet that they are Apple certified cause then they can still fix things under warranty and it doesn’t void the one you already have! 10/10 would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in a few days ago to get details on repairing a cracked lens cover. I was told the part was on site and it would take about two hours to replace. I chose to come in at 2 p.m., about 3 hours before I expected to return, and was told to return between 5 and 5:30 rather than between 4:30 and 5. I agreed that I could return then although not ideal. I also asked for a screen protector. When I returned at 5:10 I was asked to wait another 10-15 minutes. I waiting in my vehicle for about 10 minutes then went back in where I was told it was almost ready. I waited another 20 minutes before it was finally ready. I understand that the final wait was due to delays with warranties and I was given a discount for my inconvenience. That said, what I was told would take 2 hours took nearly 4 hours. And no screen protection (which I wasn't charged for at least).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Amanda came out to my car and helped by getting a phone holder secured in my vent, and make sure the phone charger worked. She was so kind and friendly. Great place for seniors to get a little extra help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this business and the staff working there that day was one with minimal complaints. Friendly, quick, yet not pushy nor intrusive. If/when the product purchased at this business wears out, I look forward to being able to return for a replacement product at a fraction of the original cost. $30 reg price, sold for $20, with a $8 replacement promise. That's pretty good! :)

She was efficient and courteous, and had me out the door & on the road in 1/4 of the time of an Apple store or mall kiosk. Such a positive experience that I’ll be returning to this shop whenever I have other questions or merchandise needs!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff quoted me a reasonable price for my repair and parts I needed. When I returned to pick up and pay my bill was significantly less than I expected. They did not use a part as they didn't need it when they opened the phone. This level of honesty is to be commended! I would have never been the wiser. I will go back for service should I need it, tell my friends about them and maybe purchase my next phone there.

The issue w/my device did not require the repair that was originally quoted and my now working device, was returned to me free of charge! My son's phone needed a screen replacement, it was completed in less than a day and was returned to him in perfect condition at a reasonable price with friendly service! Great shop!
