The way she explained about my account, it was so easy to understand, it made so much sense. And JEFF the manager, what a personality, so easy to talk too. The staff at easy financial are so kind, they deal with you with nothing but respect! Thank-you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bola Amudipe was the representative at Easy Financial. I was trying to get the loan approval so I can pay off some of my debt. Bola was very professional and she was very helpful. Fast response and she did all her best to help me get my loan approved. She did a very great job and I appreciated all the help from her also from her manager, her supervisor of the branch as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. THEY WILL SERVICE YOIR LOAN FOR YEARS THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN SELL IT TO SOME OFFSHORE COMPANY . Can’t ever get any actual info on your loan other than just pay this now. Also Brianna just hangs up the phone on customers. Great job

Put me on hold half way through a conversation then had a coworker pick up and tell me that she took her break and will call back in 20 minutes.
Do not listen to what you have to say and do not do what they say they will do. Something simple as actually changing my payment date one day ahead seems to be impossible for their team to do, but will tell you it's done till it's payment time. Not sure if it's laziness or pure incompetence.
