On a particularly large order, they called me to verify that my information and order was correct. Great service and the gentleman on the phone was friendly as well. Highly recommend!

β β β β β This place is absolutely fantastic! They have an extremely huge selection, and the staff clearly knows what theyβre talking about and are super friendly. I managed to pick up some figures that are pretty hard to find normally in great quality. Super pleased, definitely going to return when Iβm back in Toronto!

β β β β β High quality comic characters from Japan. The store like a chaos warehouse not a nice easy to visit with window shopping. They have website but of course not all products on there, but you still can order and come to pick up is the best otherwise hard to browse through the whole store.

β β β β β I went just now to check out what the figure store was like after a friend suggested that I go. I didn't want to physically purchase anything yet (I prefer buying online) but the figures on the shelves are Japan authentic in their quality. I was pretty easily able to find a certain figure I saw from the website after a few minutes of searching and assistance from the 2 staff.

β β β β β I've never had a problem with Navito World. The staff have been very nice and helpful, and communication with them about orders has always been handled quickly. In that regard I would give them a solid 5 stars.
The reason my review only has 4 stars is because lately I have been disappointed with a lot of the prices of the figures. I completely understand needing to make a profit after the cost of the figure, shipping, taxes and customs. However, I check their site almost everyday and I've been seeing some markups of over $100, even $200 on some figures compared to the costs of importing them from Japan or even the aftermarket. I really want to support a local shop like this but I struggle to justify their prices when it's cheaper for me to order from overseas.
I think they are a fine choice for smaller/prize figures if you don't mind paying a small markup. However I think their other recent additions to their catalogue would make me look for a better deal someplace else.
EDIT: Thank you for your extremely quick response, Navito World. I appreciate your transparency regarding the increase in prices and commitment to stocking figures despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, I look forward to shopping here again in the future.
