★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tellers are the worst. I came in early February asking to double up on my car payments to pay off early and have the amount come out every Tuesday. I also made a lump sum payment. The lump sum payment went through no problem but they changed my payment to be $200 less per week when that’s NOT AT ALL what I asked for. I was very clear, they didn’t even print off confirmation to be sure we were on the same page. So now I’ve paid off significantly less than what I was budgeting for. Never using them ever again!!!
