Their receptionist is plesant and professional.She volunteered that they are double vaxed and wear masks.
She called back when I left my initial message.
None of the other companies I called even bothered to call back.
They charge 70$ which then gets applied to the final bill if you go ahead with repairs.
They have a 3 month warranty on their repairs.
My landlord was paying for the repairs and was so pleased that he added them as future repairmen on his many projects.
I could not be happier with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eugeuni was AMAZING!!!! Not only was he on time and worked very hard on my washer but he later fixed my dryer so well something I thought was not fixable and he did it!
He also cleaned out my vacuum and was extremely efficient great guy and very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promptly responded to my request for service and came out on time the next day. Eugeuni was friendly and allowed me to hover over him as he worked. He ensured to clean out the dryer when it was open and fixed only what it needed at a fair cost. He promised to come out to look at the broken springs on my dishwasher without the call out charge. Dryer works perfect. I would highly recommend.

He quickly assessed the problem and replaced the part. I will definitely call Napoleon Appliance Repair again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eugeuni was amazing. Fixed our dishwasher AND our stove as efficiently as possible. Excellent communication when there were some delays due to bad weather and overall A++ service.
I would highly recommend this service on price, quality and ease of use, and we will be using them for all of our future needs as they arise.
