I would always look at a claridge community in your search for your forever home

Regardless of the ton of issues in the house that we just bought (we have been here for less than 1 week and have had foundation problems and other things) she is a rude person to talk to, does not listen and only blames the customer instead of trying to find a solution. I decided to make this public after getting from her a comment such as: "this is your problem, my workers don't have a period". So, if this is the behaviour of a "Service Manager", after 5 days of living in a new and very expensive house, what should we expect for the warranty matters in the near future? Disgusting behaviour from her. IMPORTANT TO SAY: the rest of the team have been nice and helpful, but ONE person's lack of professionalism, can damage the great work of others.
