★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So you want to build a Cardel home - think again! They are currently delaying homes and giving closing dates with 2 weeks notice. So you will get 2 weeks to know when you finally get to move into your severely delayed home. Standards offered are trash, everything is extra. My home is currently a Minto home and they offered more standard finishes then this “high end builder” if you check out their workmanship that MANY people are sharing on instagram it would be enough to make you NEVER want a cardel home. BEWARE - our biggest regret is purchasing a cardel home and we haven’t even moved in yet ?
