★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travail professionnel de la part du réparateur mais surtout pas de la comptabilité qui, une fois la facture payée et le chèque encaissé, nous appelle. Ils veulent vite avoir notre no. de carte de crédit pour prélever, au plus sacrant, un montant supplémentaire.
Professional work on the part of the repairman but especially not the accounting who, once the invoice has been paid and the check cashed, calls us. They want to get our no. credit card to debit, at the most sacred, an additional amount.

1re visite: appel de service + main d'oeuvre pour vérification du bris : 97,73$
Le compresseur et le board étaient à changer, encore sous garantie donc 0$ pour les pièces
2e visite : remplacement du compresseur et du board, 1 heure de travail : 225$ + tx. Il n'y avait aucune justification du montant, pas de temps de travail.
De plus, ils ne prenaient que argent comptant ou crédit, pas la carte débit.
au total ça nous a coûté près de 350$ pour des pièces à 0$ qui ont pris 1 heure à changer. Difficile à faire passer un montant aussi élevé sans justification.
Il y a plein de réparateur à Drummondville, dommage d'avoir tombé sur ceux qui surchargent leur clients.

1st visit: service call + labor to check the breakage: $ 97.73
The compressor and the board had to be changed, still under warranty so $ 0 for parts
2nd visit: replacement of the compressor and the board, 1 hour of work: $ 225 + tx. There was no justification for the amount, no working time.
Also, they only took cash or credit, not the debit card.
in total it cost us nearly $ 350 for $ 0 parts that took 1 hour to change. Difficult to pass such a large amount without justification.
There are plenty of repairers in Drummondville, too bad to have come across those who overload their customers.
