★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer since the garage opened in 2019. My experience has not changed since my first visit. Always very good. The owner and chief mechanic (Bronson Anderson) is professional, trustworthy and dependable. I can always count on them and have never been disappointed. For me, Bronson and his team are the equivalent of the infamous Mike Holmes house team but for vehicle maintenance and repair! More than once, they have been able to fit me in to their busy schedule and get the work done on time and at a fair price. Far better prices than at any car dealership and in a friendly, honest and professional atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late review! Last month I was driving down Pat Bay Hwy in the rain when my drivers side wiper broke. I was close to Anderson auto so I slowly drove over asking if they could help. Not only did they help out on short notice, they provided a courtesy car to get me around until they could get the part & fix it. Extremely helpful. Grateful for their help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up with a flat tire. They literally had my tire off and spare put on in ten minutes. Ordered me a new tire which when I came back and 10 minutes later I drove off with a new reasonably priced tire. The overall experience was great. I'll be using them for all my car repair needs in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugh. Super nice people and probably very capable. But I went in for an oil change today and it took them TWO hours. The longest I’ve ever waited for an oil change before is 30 minutes. It was a super cold February day and I walked the lake - thinking that an hour surely should be enough. But it wasn’t, so after my lake walk, I had to stand out in the cold for another 45 minutes. There is no coffee shop or restaurant nearby to hang out in. Miserable on a 0 degree day. I am sure they are capable servicers, but if you can’t drop off with an alternate ride, be prepared to wait.

They were SO kind, letting me leave my car there until the new tire arrived, no complaints, no extra charges, and got my new tire back on, quickly and inexpensively, the day it arrived. I had heard from friends that they are one of the best shops in town prior to this. My experience confirmed this. I will use them for everything from here on in.

The techs got me all figured out and on my way. Reasonable pricing to top it all off. I usually take care of most the basics but it’s always good to get a mechanic to give a car a once over on a lift every so often. Thank you Anderson Precision!
