l	logan paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotten all my plants here for over 15 years. Will keep going but only because they still have good quality plants at reasonable prices. The customer service has gotten significantly worse however. I recently put my name down for some plants expected in April and was told they'd call - no one ever did. I checked in May, and again in June and was told each time someone would call "the second they come in the door". No one ever did. I went back last week to check again and was told they'd come in but all sold and they were out of them. No one ever called. Not impressed. Also, the older gentleman directing the traffic out back is really rude - can't seem to handle the pressure of the job and was having a bit of a melt down the last two times I've encountered him at the back gate - he should be given less responsibility/stress, because he's not handling the job well and is a terrible representative of the nursery - I almost left last time he was barking at everyone out back, it was really off-putting.
R	Ric Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a wide variety of flowers, trees and shrubs as well as some decorative items. Everything is healthy and strong, and we've had great success with planting anything we buy there. Most important are the knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful staff.

V	Val Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elk Lake always has a fantastic selection of annuals in the spring/summer. Also a lot of unusual varieties of perennials and other plants. Begonia, geranium, and petunia central, in the season!

I may have found some plants cheaper in somewhere like garden centers inside Home Depot, Canadian Tire and Walmart etc. But this is still my favorite place for plants. They have the greatest selections at most times. The photos showing here are some plants and flowers I bought there.

Made a stop on our way back to vancouver today , picked even more. Will definitely be stopping by when we come next. Great team, very genuine hardworking staff. Thank you for your help :)

Excellent staff to support you outside however the woman with short gray hair at the cash counter seems angry upon checkout. I'm not certain if she is the owner or a staff member who is overwhelmed/unhappy however this takes a wonderful experience to.... pay for my items and run. I really like the quality of the plants provided and the education staff provides however upon checkout ceases to amaze me each time. Even today the gentleman looking to pick up organic recycling seemed put off as he was essentially spoken to like he was a dog and quickly dismissed. Do I move on to another location? Or continue to enjoy all of the experience but the last quarter?
