A	April Gilliland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has more selection of outdoor plants and even indoor plants like cacti than the Oak Bay one. The staff are very helpful though sometimes it's hard to find one when one is out amongst the outdoor plants. They expanded parking which is great because it can get busy. Long hours so one could go morning, afternoon, or early evening. A little pricey but they have some beautiful plants and gardening accessories. Sometimes it's a little hard to find items but the staff can take one to the item quickly and easily. Update: There are so many beautiful plants here. There is a clearance section outside for outdoor plants that often has something tempting on it. The staff are so helpful and kind. There's always something new to see here. Update: There is usually a 15% off day once a month. They will tell you a couple of days before if you sign up for their emails. Membership in their points program is free and they allow you to spend your points in certain months towards the purchase of plants. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was given a credit along with an explanation as to what may have happened to the tree. We usually spend an hour there and of late my husband misses the hot chocolate.

If they don't know they find someone who does. I found some very unique plants for my garden. They have a loyalty program and prices are comparable to other places. This has become my go to plant store.
