Mike was amazing, he ordered my part and even gave me a loaner! I have a brand new camaro and even jenner never supplied a loaner. His price was fair , I will definitely be bringing him my business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved to the area and found Prospect Lake Auto through a simple Google search.
Someone had attempted to take my catalytic converter and it resulted in thousands in damage.
The guys at Prospect Lake Auto truly went above and beyond to help me deal with ICBC and were quick and communicative. They took on a bunch of work and even offered me a loaner vehicle when we weren't even sure ICBC would pay them to complete the repairs. It all worked out in the end and I am so happy with my experience.
Thank you Mike and everyone at the shop for your amazing customer service and quality repairs to my car. I highly recommend Prospect Lake Auto Care and will definitely be a repeat customer!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prospect Lake Auto Care makes car maintenance really easy. They did a thorough inspection for only $110 on my Honda Fit , offerred a loan car and gave me an inspection report so I know when to schedule future maintenance items. Definitely a five star rating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get great service and repairs. We took our car in expecting a massive $1000 bill, it was less than half of that. I love that they go through the entire vehicle and let us know of any issues. The most important issues are flagged in red, yellow for issues that need to be addressed in the future and green for no issues. I would highly recommend them. We will keep bringing our vehicle there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was charged more than TRIPLE the amount of Canadian Tires rate for a “front end inspection” to get a quote on the job because I wanted to support small local business. Not sure how a front end could take two hours to inspect…. Friendly service but be sure you know what kind of ride you’re paying for first. “They’re just trying to stay in business”.
