These guys are awesome. I work for a VW store but we call these fella's for anything non VW and they are always on the money! Great staff, great service!

Very unprofessional customer service, came in to buy a product and was asking questions to clarify on my part, was told by an employee β€œI was over-asking”, this individual kept showing me attitude throughout. Not a great way to retain customers.. good luck.

Dishonest business practice. I own a local shop and finally after had enough of their dishonest practices. My shop ordered parts in advance for a vehicle repair. The parts NAPA sent came in a package that had clearly been opened and retaped closed several times. When my technician tried to install the parts they were incorrrect. This happens all the time. Sometimes a part is misboxed. However we were informed by NAPA this was the correct part and that they did have a part to replace it. The repackaging was a sign that this isnt the first time someone tried using the parts on this application and failed. I ordered parts direct from the vehicle manufaturer as a replacement. NAPA said THEY WOULD take the parts back. On several occaisions the NAPA rep was in my facility and asked by my technician to take back the incorrect pars for refund. The rep told my tech that only the parts driver could pick up returns. He also told my rep he would have the driver come get them. This happened for weeks. I finally contacted them and asked them what the hold up was. I was told that parts cant be returned after a month as per their policy. This is a lie. The NAPA Canada website clearly lists all parts are returnable for refund within a period of 90 days with the exception of special order items. I have verified with other NAPA stores that the parts I ordered were common place. I closed my account with them that day. I paid off my final balance in change and gave them the defective parts to keep.... Which I paid for without refund. The rep lied to my staff and I and had already agreed to take the parts back. Plain and simple.

Awesome service great guys excellent sales team great work ethics , they will go out of their way to accommodate your every vehicle needs. Dave, John, and the rest of staff are super nice, highly recommended.

Hello Napa, I had purchase a set of front brakes for my 2015 Dodge Caravan last week at one of your stores in Ontario. The location address is at "625 Main St E, Milton, Ontario. The reason i am returning the product is because I bought the wrong set. It should of been for a "dual piston vehicle" and not a "single piston". With that said, I no longer require them as I had my brakes serviced at the mechanic shop yesterday. I am writing this email due to how I was being treated unfairly and disrespectful at the store in Milton. The retailer at the store would not give me a refund and had said "we do not want it back as we already got 1 in stock, due to the pandemic all sales are final" and he suggested me to go sell the set of front brakes online? What kind of customer service is this? I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, as it is useless to me! Please see attachment of receipt and a photo of the product. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! We are aware of their conspicuously posted signs (image included) at their limited front entrance regarding their return and current COVID business operation policy(s). We understand that while you were outside of the terms/conditions they provide on retail purchases made, that they did offer to replace this product with product to meet your application needs however; that was reportedly refused by you. I went there yesterday to buy some parts and I asked if I can return them in case not needed. I was told that you can return them same day or second day. I went there second day in the morning at 9:30 am to return the pats but they wanna charge my 20% from the parts. When I told nobody mentioned that to me before and I was told that I can return them with no charge, the owner got mad and start swearing and throw the bag on me and kicked me out the place. He asked me to leave the place. It is bad customer care. It is not recommended at all. They don’t even deserve one star. They need some customers’ care training before deal with people.Canadian tire way better and their parts way cheaper and the employees more professional. I would never buy anything from this place even I couldn’t find somewhere else.

Over many years I had bought parts from Napa. Today is the last day! I don't recommend this Napa store to ANYONE as it is an Associate Store and not a CORPORATE STORE owned by Napa. These guys are giving Napa a bad name! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NAPA in Milton. Worst customer service experience ever!
